Settlement and receivables
Receipt differences, aging and follow-up.
Three things usually checked
A difference stays unchecked until the papers match. A payment screenshot is not a confirmed receipt.
- A receipt difference
- Receivable aging
- The follow-up
- A bank record or paper that is still missing
A screenshot and the bank record
A payment screenshot is only a claim waiting to be checked. The principal confirms it against the bank record.
Payment screenshot
- Only a claim waiting to be checked
- It does not show that the bank has credited the account
- It does not show that the account, amount and currency match
Not a receipt
Bank record
- The principal checks the bank record
- Cash is debited only after that confirmation
- The contract liability is credited only after that confirmation
What this does not include
We do not promise collection, and we do not sue or pay money out.

Note
Why is a payment screenshot not a confirmed receipt?
A payment screenshot is only a claim waiting to be checked. The principal confirms the bank record. This site does not take payment, and it does not book a screenshot as money received.
