Authority first: only the entity, account, project and papers the client has authorized.
As little data as the agreed work needs.
A record for the contract, the papers, the approval, the receipt check and the delivery.
Client money and our fee stay apart. We do not pay on a client's behalf or hold their funds.
Accounting, tax, law, audit and regulated work follow the license and the local rule.
A person remains responsible. Software may sort papers. It does not approve money, a price, or a delivery.
